The president is elected by the General Assembly for a term of two years.
The Preseident represents the Association before third parties, and is in charge of the administration of the Association, as well as the execution of the decisions taken by the General Assembly or the Board of Directors.
Mr. Fernando de la Puente is the current President of ELRA.
The Secretary General is elected by the General Assembly for a term of two years.
The Secretary General must, among other things, draft the Minutes of Agreements and keep the Organisation’s archives. She must file all legally required documents with the competent “Register of the Commercial Court” (“Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce”).
Ms. Luisa Clode is the current Secretary General of ELRA.
The Treasurer is elected by the General Assembly for a term of two years.
The Treasurer must, among other things, keep the books up to date, file income tax returns, do all that’s necessary to pay off asset taxes and, if applicable, file the yearly accounts to the competent “Register of the Commercial Court” or the National Bank of Belgium.
Mr. Jan Moerkerke is the current Treasurer of ELRA.
The administrators will assist the President in the execution of his/her functions. Specifically they will supervise the tasks of the ELRA Working Groups.
