The eight-training seminar took place online the 21st of April 2021.

The target of the seminar was “Relationships and attributes assignation – part 1 Q&A (operational rules)”

The objectives were the following:

  1. A deeply analysis about the formants methodology to assign attributes to national concepts used on the ELRD
  2. How to raise itemized questions linked to each pivot term to obtain a specific response of a given land registration system
  3. How to make up an attribute stemmed from these questions, supplemented by a usage note in order to clarify them, and answers.
  4. Analysis of new customized technical developments on KM input system to support the use of formats methodology.

In the introduction session, Professor Elena Ioriatti from Trento University presented a practical vision of the formant methodology applicable to IMOLA III.

Then the WP2 coordinator, Jorge Lopez, explained the functionality and operability of pivot term questions as well as the expected results for the sake of attribute assignation.

Gabriel Alonso addressed the conclusions related to AML questionnaire and pivot terms proposal.

Professor Anabel Fraga went through some key technical questions such as KM new developments including new multilingual functionalities for mapping or the implementation of the automatic process for automatically generating the ELRD XSD, among others, as well as the state of play of national databases.

Before the conclusions, the last session was devoted to the developments LRI MS2 project by Mathias Maurer.
