Interconnection between land registers and comparative law

The seminar took place in Trento, on the 3rd of December under the topic «Interconnessione tra registri immobiliari e diritto comparato». The aim was to present IMOLA III project and the idea of interconnection between land registries and the harmonization of land registry information to the Italian public, with a particular focus on the functioning of the tabular system (Libro Fondiario), as the meeting was held in Trento.

Within this context, Jesus Camy, IMOLA Project Manager, opened the seminar by presenting the project, explaining the main objectives, and describing the importance of the developed study. Anabel, technical director, focused on the main challenges the project has faced so far and how the KM platform was developed.
