The eleventh training seminar took place the 25th of October via online. The main objectives of this training were:

  1. Integration and evolution of the I.KOS juridical ecosystem by means of ELRD common set of data (II): ELRA Factsheets
  2. The ELRD data structure and efficient artifact to prevent money laundering: the patterns
  3. Adaptation of the ELRD schema to national systems: methodology and new KM flexible customizer (I)
  4. Overview and support stepping forward to national DBs consolidation: pivots, relations, formants, attributes, and clustering

The first panel was devoted to Data Interoperability and Digital Transformations, by Peter Burian from DG Informatics, European Commission. It was followed by Juan Antonio Salazar Romero, Policy Officer at DG Fisma who presented the state of play of the implementation of the 5th Directive.

Jesus Camy, IMOLA III Project Manager explained the state of play of the project. In the line of this topic, Luisa Close ELRA Secretary General, presented the conceptualization and formalization techniques and the IMOLA I.KOS, focusing on the methodology and practical vision of ELRN Factsheets.

Jesus Camy and Mihai Taus, WP2 Coordinator, talked about the reuse of the ELRD data structure to prevent efficiently money laundering. They provided a practical vision of preliminary patterns like tax heavens, suspicious transactions and mortgages/assignation claims.

Anabel Fraga, IMOLA III Technical Director, took the floor to present the evolution of the KM. Particularly, the adaptation of the ELRD schema to national systems, methodology and flexible customizer and the new Factsheets view and AML patterns.

She continued presenting the results of the national breakouts and together with Jesus Camy, they made a review of the E-book.

One of the last presentations was made by Mathias Maurer, PM of Member-states Connection 2 project and Francisco Gimeno WP 2 Coordinator. They developed on how to apply to next member stats the connection project, by focusing on the experience gained in the precious approach.

To end with, Jesus Camy and Anabel Fraga drew the conclusions and next steps.
