National requirements for registration

1.If applications for registration of ECS were rejected, what were the reasons:

We have not yet made any rejections of a registration based on the ECS.

2. What are the national requirements for the ECS registration in the land registry: 

⊗ identification of assets

⊗ identifications of all heirs

⊗ identification of shares for each heir

As mentioned before, it varies in different situations what is needs for a registration in the Land Register on the basis of ECS.
