National requirements for registration

1.If applications for registration of ECS were rejected, what were the reasons:

We do not have a situation where they were rejected apart from when a causa mortis drafted by a Maltese notary was not submitted.

2. What are the national requirements for the ECS registration in the land registry:

⊗ identifications of all heirs

⊗ identification of shares for each heir

⊗ valid copy

⊗ validation of issuer

⊗ translation (is not always necessary)
