Can judicial decisions opening insolvency proceedings be registered in the Land registry in accordance with your legislation?

If affirmative, what effects do these registrations produce?

In Austria the opening of insolvency proceedings have to be registered in the Landbook (besides other registers).

The opening of insolvency proceedings leads to loss of legal competence – including capacity of contract.

A contract is valid if it is signed by the liquidator (assigned by the court).
