Home / European Land Registry Network / Bosnia-Herzegovina / Differences between exclusive rights over the apartments and rights over buildings

Please, explain briefly but as clearly as possible the scope of the rights relating (exclusively) to the apartments and the ones relating to the building or to the communal elements owned jointly.

Rights relating to the apartments are ownership, while rights relating to the building or the communal elements are for using jointly.

An apartment can be owned by someone, while joint elements are in joint ownership and they cannot be soled.
