Are there any other registers or sources of information that it is usual to search when buying a property or lending money on mortgage? For example:
- The cadastre – Yes
- Business registers – Yes
- Information held by utility providers (water, drainage, sewage, electricity etc) – Yes
- Tax authorities – Yes
Our municipalities have all necessary information. Also our Ministry for Environmental Protection contains the same information.
One can search all information form the question except rights of family member arising form the death and rights arising from the insolvency of the owner.
