It is not compulsory, but it is better for interest of parties.
2. What type of information is requested?
It is comprised of description of property to sell, information about owner, his/her matrimonial regime and fiscal burdens.
3. Who usually (or legally) deals with requesting this LR information? Public notaries? Solicitors? Interested parties themselves? Banks?
All of them have right to request information. Mostly banks.
