In order to prioritize the applications, it is important to pay attention to the time when an application is received at the writing office of a land registration court. After the case has been received at the LR court, a flag is put on the LR file containing the recorded real property that is the subject of the registration. The imposed flag keeps the order of priorities and also prevents any registration that would be requested after flagging a file. This actually means that the flag may prevent also the implementation of the registration that might later cause damage to other parties.

The application to register that is received later can be processed without respecting the order of priority if so approved by a land registration court judge but in practice this is avoided due to various problems that can be caused by such procedure.

In any case, such processing would be possible only in the event that the application to arrive at the court later is implemented in such a way as not to cause damage to the persons that have applied earlier.
