We don’t use any ID number. The parties involved in the deed must already have an Italian tax code number, issued upon request by the Italian Revenue Agency.

3. Do all State information systems use the one/same person identification number?

The tax code number is used to identify the person (citizen or foreign) for civil and fiscal purposes.
