Opening a new registry file

When is it possible to open a new land registry file?

Land Registry Files are opened when there is an application to register ownership or else to register hypothecs, cancellation of hypothecs etc.. and also to register a Caution. Land Registry files are only opened when there is a request by an applicant who lodges the application .
