Would the Land Registry make changes in ownership’s entry (proprietorship) on the bases of acts performed between the spouses?

Yes, any transfer between spouses/members of a registered partnership regarding property situated in a land registration area has to be registered. Acts that can modify the Registry are:

1. Contract of Sale
2. Separation agreement ( in case of transfers between spouses)
3. Court decision
