2. Deadlines for registration. Must land registrars or LR offices make the registrations or entries requested within deadlines? Please, if applicable indicate which are.

To show the possible entry of the deed at each relevant parcel: 24 hours, except seizures where the deadline is 1 hour.

To take the decision whether or not to register or to refuse the deed: 24 hours.

Complete updating of the cadastral registration: 6 working days.

3. Registration fees. Please, describe the main features of payment of LR fees. If you find it useful, suggest an example of registration fees of a sale of a property valued in € 100.000 and if it’s possible a mortgage.

The establishment of the fees occurs on a yearly basis. To provide an indication, it is to be said that in 2016, the fees for the registration of a deed of transfer and for the registration of a mortgage will both be €168,00 (if not offered within the chain integration program KIK). The value of the property that is subject to the transfer respectively the height of the provided security do not influence the fee amount.
