Yes, it is, the entry concerning cadastral data is based on the actual Cadastral certificate, Cadaster local office is obliged to send information and its official documents (e.g. administrative decisions) about legal and factual changes referring to the property. LR office is obliged to put the Cadastral data ex officio in a proper landbook.
