  1. How much data is collected by your national land registry about a foreigner when making a real estate transaction?

The Land Registry does not collect any data on the foreigner. The land register is kept for the property and not for the owner. 2. Do you use a uniform person identification number?

PESEL- Universal Electronic Population Register System – a central data set maintained in Poland by the minister competent for informatisation under the Population Register Act. The register is used to collect basic information identifying the identity and administrative-legal status of Polish citizens and foreigners residing in the Republic of Poland.

3. Do all State information systems use the one/same person identification number?
