Can judicial decisions opening insolvency proceedings be registered in the Land registry in accordance with your legislation?

If affirmative, what effects do these registrations produce?

No – they may in some cases be registered in another register held by Registers of Scotland, and may be reflected in the Land Register if a deed is registered that breaches the legal effect of the judicial decision.
