This land register system does not envisage this kind of notice nor include the possibility of registering a notice as such

I do not believe that is possible due to judicial orders. A similar restriction can however be drawn up by the conveyancer in the transfer deed. And such a limitation will be registered in the land register. Some of the other mentioned judicial decisions lead to restrictions according to law but such restrictions are usually general and not limited to just some dispositions.
